I'll be bringing my symfonies on the condition that they don't go visiting with you on the way home ;-)

By the way did anybody mention that there is a sale on? A lot of the summer yarns - the cotton ones - are on sale! And the Louisa Harding stuff is on sale ....

Noooooooooooooooooooooooooooo! :o :o [runs away screaming]

Actually, I have promised to buy myself something nice this time so I'm really looking forward to having a browse of the Louisa Harding, it was the Merletto I fell in love with last time, I kept picking it up and stroking it  . I've spent so much money on various things lately, with son's 18th and whatnot but what the heck! You only live once

Looking forward to seeing you all.....and eating my bun

Heck, don't check in for a day or so and I find myself being volunteered for all sorts! I'll see what I can do. Currently finishing off a bag, need to start another Chrstmas hat, so I'll see if I can get that cast on this afternoon... :D

Just had a though on the techniques thingy. If anyone wants to show me how to pick up stitches neatly I'd be eternally grateful

Pity I partly frogged that summer top and haven't got around to knitting up the shoulders again, I could have brought that for target practice! I'll have to see what else I have in my UFO pile

Mind you, I'm really looking forward to having a play with some new yarns again, so not too worried if we don't have time to pick up stitches.

I have some bad news. Hubby and I have been fighting over the loo all day. Something has gyped us up. There's no way we are going to make it down tonight.. Hope you all have a good time and donate our buns to whoever gets them first. I'm off back to bed :(

Aww Traxia that's such a shame. Hope you both feel better soon and are able to celebrate your anniversary.

Just back from Poppy's after an excellent evening. Sorry you couldn't make it Traxia, and hope you're both feeling better. Although we were a bit thin on the ground, we were able to have a good chat and a paw at all the lovely yarns. Buns courtesy of Poppy's (thank you) and cabaret courtesy of Mr Meejo (thank you) Photos may be slightly delayed as I'm off early tomorrow for a few days. Phantom - please let us know when you get back - hope the journey wasn't too horrible for you.

ETA I will let Mr & Mrs Meejo & Phantom tell you all about the amazing coincidence!! OMG!!!!

PS : Mr Meejo - the cafe I was talking about was Dazal (not Relax - I have no idea where Relax is  )
