Double magic ring?

Can someone help? I am attempting to crochet and pattern says that skills needed are do do a double magic ring. What's this? Thanks!

Not sure if this is a normal magic ring, but using 2 loops of yarn ... here is a link to a tutorial for the magic ring if that helps :?:

I hadn't come across a magic ring before - just thought that shape was the usual chain circle start but with a really small circle!
