Joy, I've been in contact with perigeri and she hasn't received my parcel yet. :( It was posted first class on December 7th, so I'm not holding out a lot of hope now. If it doesn't arrive in the next couple of days I'll try to get something else done and in the post.

The postman brought my snowflake from wendypilling today. The naughty postal service haven't delivered the first one Wendy made, so she very kindly sent another one. The snowflake is adorning my Christmas tree (but high up where DD2 can't reach it as she seemed very interested in the contents of the package!) and there was also a very pretty green crocheted brooch.

I've only nipped onto the PC for a few minutes while the DDs are eating their dinner and I'm having a cuppa as I'm (still!) decorating, so no pics of my swap goodies until later this evening or tomorrow, I'm afraid. I've given DH the horrible cold virus I've had for a few days (but I still manged to go into work and had to walk there and back because of the weather conditions) so he flaked out a bit this afternoon, leaving me to do the fiddly bit of fitting a sheet of vinyl around the corners and legs of the cupboards in the kitchen. I've got a doorframe to undercoat in a bit :D

thankyou everyone for joining in this swap there are only 2 outstanding snowflakes and i believe they are travelling via lapland courtesy of the royal mail. and a special thankyou for those who have resorted to sending a second snowflake because of the the postal delays eveyone has been so understanding. Liscoole and Cheeky Imp are the only ones still waiting. i do have a couple of ideas on the cards for another small swap but i definately won't be suggesting another that finishes in December.

No it didn't arrive
I sent two to Liscoole in the end and I don't think shes got either yet.

Joy, I could try one more time? I don't know what to do now, I'm just afraid that they are all falling in to a black hole some where!
