Please post your wish lists here for our own little Random Acts of Kindness group.

Rules:
  • Under no circumstances post personal details on the forum. Request them from the members who you are fulfilling the RAK for.
  • Once a RAK is received or an offer is accepted please edit your post to say thank you and that you no longer require it.
  • Please limit your requests to small cheap items, we'd all love a yacht but be realistic please.
  • The sender covers postage as well so take this into account when offering to fulfill a RAK.
  • We would request that you are sensible when giving out personal details. Please do not release them to brand new users and remember it is up to you to give your details out so you get to choose who has your address.

I realise this last rule stops you from doing surprise RAK but I would prefer that our members choose who has their address.

Right I will start the ball rolling and put my wishlist on here, here we go:

I would like any oddments of wool so that I can make my little puppy chi x yorkie some more sweaters. Also my children are learning to knit and I need any oddments of wool as they are making squares to make a blanket eventually! lol

Also I would like any thing to do with sock knitting as I have recentely caught the bug so to speak and would love to try this technique.

And any knitting or crochet magazines that anyone doesnt want as I love getting inspiration from these.

Many thanks
Diane

I have a little request - I'm looking for a Ravelry badge - the one you write your name on. If anyone has a spare?

Thank you

Linda

There's isn't anything that I am wanting, but I have most of a skein of Lamb's Pride worsted in purple, and some other yarns that I'm not likely to get round to using, and I'd love to send someone a nice little parcel - if anyone would like some free yarn please let me have your addy and I will forward it on to you as a RAK!

That's really nice of you Vikki. If anyone's missed out on my "Twisted or What" thread, I'm making a similar offer - there's still some stuff left.

I love passing on yarn, it's so satisfying somehow  So my Lamb's Pride is going to Diane, and at the moment there isn't anything else I have to offer unless anyone would like stitch markers or dangly cluster earrings which I have a knack (obsession) for making - any colours are fine and they'll be on silver plated hoops!
Off to look at your twisted or what thread now pinkshoes!
