Hi Sweetpea

I don't know how desperate you are for it, but it might be worth contacting one or two of the folk on Ravelry who are listing it but saying it's not for sale. Are you up to speed on Ravelry? Sorry if you know this already, but you can put the yarn name and shade number in and it will show a list of people who have it. All the ones with your shade say "not for sale" but sometimes they have not updated that and if you only need a little bit to finish they might let you have an end of ball. Worth a try.

Personally I think it's fine to ask any raveller if they'd be willing to sell you a ball of their yarn, just so long as it's a polite request and not a demand and make sure you offer to pay postage. All of which, sweetpea, I know you would do.
Oh and just check that they are UK based - you don't want to offer to pay for yarn to be shipped from America and risk having to pay import taxes (which would be extreme and highly unlikely but not worth the risk in this case)

I did wonder if it would be against the rules or not but it sounds like its not. I will have a look tonight and see what I can find out. :knit:

Well to my surprise ive found some on Ebay :w00t: the only down side is that you are bidding on 5 balls  which means I will have to knit another cardigan with the rest of the wool  . Fingers crossed I will win it when I bid on it.
