OMG - they really are most horrible!!!! How could anyone want one of these horrible looking bags. Right, now the truth ... at our knitting group last month, Tigerjill won the raffle (again - honestly she has won more times than not) and the first prize was one of these bags. Everyone was sick with envy  because the one she got is absolutely beautiful, and she actually won it!!! Jill arrived with it at the knitting club last night - it's a wonder she wasn't mugged on the way out ... well she's marginally taller than me otherwise I might have had a go  She was telling me how much she loves it, it's so roomy, it can just carry everything she needs, and it's such a lovely colourway, and it fastens in just the right way, and, and, and .... can you just tell how pleased I was to win the raffle last night - I really can use another set of bamboo dpns ;)
I have heard of housework, but I definitely don't like the sound of it

I may not have bought the turquoise one with the bamboo handles and the little heart on the front. I also may not have bought a skein of Regia lace in the blue colourway to go with it

In my defence for all this 'not' spending, I really did buy hardly anything during our weekend away in York and I did have some money put aside for yarny goodness during that trip, so it all evens out really :P

I can say for the record though that both I and my husband (and probably my bank manager!) are glad this place doesn't open at weekends ...! I popped in on my day off and failed to notice the beautiful bags dotted all around the top of the shelves till I was leaving, as all my attention was focused on the squishy goodness on said shelves
