Please mark your topic as solved once your question is answered!

Postby Peter » Mon Nov 16, 2015 8:33 pm

To make things a little easier for our helpful community and in order to quickly identify which topics still await an answer in the Forum Support section, please help us by marking your topic as solved once a friendly member of the community has provided you with the answer you were looking for.

If multiple people answered, please try to select the best answer to mark the topic as solved.

On the reply which has the best answer, click this button:

This will select the answer and put a check mark next to it like this:

If you go back to the Support forum, you will now find your topic marked as solved like this:

Please note that if a moderator comes across your topic and notices it has been solved, they may mark it as solved for you in order to speed things along and help all of us spot unanswered topics more quickly.

Thank you very much for your help and understanding.

No need to apologise, I didn't make it very clear. I've updated the post to hopefully clarify to anyone reading it in the future. :flowers:
