Mercy the needle stalker

Postby Haybop86 » Tue Jul 02, 2013 8:50 am

So February last year I rescued this three legged furball from the local RSPCA centre. They estimated her to be going on 1 at the time and she was incredibly friendly.

However she seems to have found a new hobby... watching the needles move and waiting for the right moment to pounce :x

Other than this she loves the sun, playing fetch and killing her toy mouse (it's missing its tail and ears... and half it's stuffing  ) but she's the best cat I've ever met, even if she is the first one I've ever had.

She's beautiful, and very lucky to have found a good home.

Thank you both very much. I love her coat (but then I'm very biased)... what isn't obvious from the picture is that she'd nabbed my seat when I went out to make a cuppa :P She moved once I promised her she could lie on my lap :)

Thanks Tricotine :) I'll be sure to not pass this on to her, the ego's big enough ;)

She is adorable and sounds a bit cheeky pouncing on the needles

I have seen a lot of cats do this. They are mesmerised by the speed of the needles and some designs, patterns and materials: e.g. Carol Bristol - Madeleine de Turville
