My 2 min cake that keeps me going

Postby Luv2knit » Sat Jul 25, 2015 6:48 pm

I do a 2 min microwave cake that keeps me going when I don't have much time to cook.

5 Tbsp ground almonds
1 Tbsp cocoa
2 Tbsp honey
1 egg
1 Tbsp melted butter

Mix everything together. Divide between 2 silicon muffin cases and microwave for 2 mins.

Nice and easy. So isn't there flour of any sort in it.

I'm gluten free so use almond flour instead of flour.
There is a recipe for a 2 min choc mug cake with flour on internet. :)
