Does anyone know where I can get some Wendy's Elite Options cotton Chenille or something similar from? It seems that chenille is "out of fashion" at the moment and I can't find any for love or money. I can find 4ply chenille on Ebay but I was looking for something a bit softer.

If you notice any in your local wool/yarn shops will you let me know please.

Black sheep wools have araucania quellon at £5 a skein (150m) so if the price doesn't put you off, go have a browse...

Thank you for the link Phantom. Lovely chenille, but not quite what I was looking for, and no it isn't the price lol. I was looking for a plain colour. Mind they have some lovely yarns, off for another wander around their shop.

I've got some in my stash. It's been discontinued for several years now and I was on a mission to source some a few years ago and managed to get some via e-bay. Suffice to say I never got around to using it  and am attempting to stashbust at the moment, so, what colour were you after? Mine is in a sort of pale powder blue, and I'll have to find it - it's deep in the stash at the moment! I think I've got about (can't be sure till I find it) about 18-20 balls. I think I've also got some in a darker blue, but I'd probably like to keep that. I also got some in a sort of minty green colour but I think I gave that to a charity shop a few years ago. Any help at all?

I found this on the Texere website, but it's a chunky yarn ... may be too thick for you?

Thank you so much for your replies ladies, you really are stars!

Terdotty, I was looking for natural shades for the miniature teddies I knit and I only wanted the odd ball or two. But thank you very much for offering me some from your stash, that was so kind of you.

Helen thank you for the link, I've ordered a ball of the beige colour to see if its suitable, if it is I can always order some more. Thank you for your help, lets hope it knits OK and then I will know where to go and problem will be solved.
