Thank you! You're not going to believe this, but when I was looking through cable projects on ravelry a week or so ago I came across your project and stopped to admire it- gorgeous combo of lovely colour and lovely cables! What a coincidence! :)

I remember now- I was debating whether or not to buy the stylecraft wool- and didnt know which colour to choose. I fancied the blackberry so I sorted to see all projects using stylecraft blackberry yarn! And voila! Your project was there! I agree, your daughter is beautiful- very photogenic! :)

Hi, I stumbled upon this page when I googled Ben Nevis aran and was so pleased I did!!. I'd been looking for a green yarn that wasn't too olivey (is that a word?) but not too pine either and Ben Nevis came up but after reading your useful thoughts, I think I'll skip it :( .
Does anyone have any comments about green colourways in a good aran or chunky but again not breaking the bank?
Thanks :knit:

I have just finished a sweater with this, it was lovely to knit with and a reasonable price
