Nutella Brownies

Postby darknit » Mon Nov 27, 2017 8:04 pm

This is the easiest recipe for the most delicious brownies. I am not advertising here but you must use Nutella. I have tried other makes of chocolate spread and it just doesn't work.

400g jar of Nutella
60g flour (plain or sr)
2 eggs.

Keep the Nutella in a warm place so it is easy to mix (and easier to get out of the jar)

Mix all ingredients really well and put in a 16cm square tin. Bake in a moderate
say 160-175 deg c oven until the top goes slightly crackly. About 20m but stick a
tooth pick in it and cook some more if the mix sticks to it. It's marvellously fudgy
and great with a cup of coffee or tea. Cut into 16 pieces. (because it's very rich!)
