Easy oat cookie recipe

Postby Joy » Thu Nov 29, 2018 4:45 pm

I don't have a shelf full of cookery books any more so I rely upon Mr Google to help me out when I'm in need of baking fix, but I'm going to write this recipe out and pop it into "the string drawer" because it's so quick and easy to do. I've made 2 batches of these cookies so far this week. When I reckon the recipe is versatile enough for me to adapt it for other favouring.

Ooh they sound really good - you could easily add ginger and or nutmeg for a different taste. And as you say, there are lots of other possibilities......

I'll be copying it out too, they sound delicious, but do you think that they are a tad optimistic saying that they'll keep for three to four days? :)

Yes I can confirm it is fundamentally impossible to keep these cookies for 4 days
